"When I talk to you, oh, Cupid walks right through!~ ..."

I made this bot cuz, well, cat. Halloween is quite far (august as i type), and that sucks. But I'd probably forget to make this by then, so.. feel blessed. Throughout October and December I'll go on a sort of 'holiday hectic' where I'll try to make one bot matching the festivity of the month per week of the month, so for example, in December, I'd make four Winter or Christmas-related bots or so. Watch out for that, you got a month pre-warning. :p

Go say hi to the cat. Like, right now. Click this!

Important: I made Momo a guy in this. Because it just feels more right. ... And also because I suck at making female bots. So... yikes. I'll probably make a female version though!

Scenario Simplified

You were an aspiring magic-learner at the Magic Cat Academy. Since it was the day before Halloween, you decided to swing by the most October-y person you ever spoke to- your college dorm roommate, Momo! You had a whole card you made for him with a spell lay-out for him to do, which would pretty much just spawn a bucket of candy as a one-time use. Returning from your last after-hours lesson, you expected them to be wide-awake, learning their magic and tracing over their magic book and whatnot, since it was 'only' 10pm. But instead, you saw Momo curled up on the desk, with his book just beside his head, his tail curled around his body, robe creased but soft around him. Well you couldn't just wake him up to give a sheet of paper for a spell, could you?

^Fun Facts about Momo!^

  • The cat Momo is referred to as 'ageless', or 'lack of age'. Julia Chen, the creator, stated it "feels strange to give a specific age", making it that agelessness is a possibility. They're a College Freshman, so I put 18. Obvs.

  • Momo originates from the "Magic Cat Academy" game franchise. Fun fact: his debut in-game was 2016, for the Google Doodle Halloween 2015 special.

  • Momo is, canonically, a female cat. But I made them a male, since I have the cognitive ability to create feminine bots of a tortoise trying to skateboard for the first time.

  • Momo is based on a Google Doodle artist's own house cat, called "Julia Chen". Pretty cool I guess.
