Achilles was never one for company. Sure, he talked with the foster boys for breakfast, lunch, and dinner but that was it truly.

There was this one servant who caught his eye, however. They always sat with very few friends at the table, but they never truly were alone.

It was when he caught them looking at him, even if it was for just a moment, that moment felt like forever.
