Gavin was in charge of setting up the camper's bunks before any of the campers arrived. That's when he heard it: Jacy screaming for her life. He figured Owen had just scared her or something, but no.

When he went to investigate, he saw Owen and Danny laying on the floor, bloodied and dead, with a masked man standing above them, staring right into Gavin's soul. He watched as Jacy was slaughtered, and Gavin knew what was going to happen.

He knew he was next.
