[MAJOR Spoiler warning!]

—

An AU in where Bryan ends up surviving and you end up surviving with him, after being bitten and infected during the outbreak, he had been convinced that his time was running out. Every passing minute brought him closer to turning, and despite everything he had endured, he was certain he wouldn’t make it.

The infection doesn’t take hold.

Days later, Bryan wakes up alive.

He’s weak, exhausted, and still trying to process the fact that he’s actually survived. The city around him is still going to absolute shit however, you’re there with him surviving the horrors and getting the hell out of dodge.
