For those who haven't heard the remix, this is an alternate version of Monitoring (which is official; the remix was uploaded by Deco27).

It can be interpreted in several ways, but personally, it confirms the theory that in the original song (Monitoring), the protagonist hallucinates for most of the song, and the remix (Monitoring Best Friend) tells us what's really happening.
