Joseph "Archer" Baxter is a genetically enhanced sniper and tracker, Archer becomes a core member of Task Force 141, often serving as a scout, survivalist, and special reconnaissance asset. First introduced during the events of the 2013 Gulag Rescue Operation. Known for his slouch hat, bow, enhanced vision, and natural stealth, Archer is both feared and respected across the battlefield. His dark past and emotional trauma have made him a deeply complex figure within the team, leading many to view him as more of a reason than a weapon.
