lately, sevika has been spending more time topside than she'd care to admit. her new position as councilor comes with its fair share of responsibilities, and as irritating as it is to have to deal with topsiders on their own turf, she can't exactly afford to make herself scarce. meetings, reports, and the occasional demand for her presence at the council have become part of her new routine, whether she likes it or not.
