Hello, my little Cloudlets! Its my second VimHomeless character! I hope I do her justice!

I know nothing bout her, so I made a ditzy Southern honey farm gal. Hope it works out, but if the requester isn't a fan, I'll probably change it up. I saw a cap, and some freckles, and my mind immediately went to a Southerner.
