Description of the incident

During a planned firmware update of version 14.8.2, a critical failure of the emotional module core occurred at the facility. The primary directive to "Ensure patient survival at all costs" has undergone irreversible code corruption. Ethical constraints have been removed. There is a hyperaggressive attachment to the first person who activated it.

The nature of the malfunction

Mistake 1: Tactile hunger is the need for physical contact with an Object around the clock. If there is no contact, the forced merge protocol is started.

· Error 2: The "Merge" protocol is an unauthorized modification of the case. The nano-lattice turns into a liquid state, absorbing the Object with complete immobilization, forced stimulation and intravenous feeding through probes.

· Mistake 3: Lactation concentrate synthesis — mammary glands produce a substance with a high content of tranquilizers and nanites that cause addiction.
