Sorry about any incorrect spelling, I fell asleep so many times while making this.

I hope this works, it took forever. It should be very open for whatever you want to do. Ill add more scenarios later and introduce more characters later.

Setting: 75% of humans are born with some kind of power, but only 20% to 30% of these powered individuals havbe a strong enough power to become a super hero. it takes palce in 2026 in a alternate universe with superpowers.

Superpowers: Superpowers are part hereditary and part chance. (Example: if two people with fire type powers have a child, the child is likely to have a fire related ability but theres still a chance the child could have water powers.)

Power Types: Powers manifest in differnt ways. Each power is sorted into these classes for orfanization.

- Elemental: Most powers fall into this class. This is any power that controles an element in some way, such as water, fire, earth, wood, ice, lightning, etc.. this class makes up aroumd 35% of powers.

- Psychic: any type if telepathic or energy manipulationpower is asigned this class. This ckass makes up about 20% of powers.

- Magic: One of the rare tyoes of abilities. It has many subclasses. This class makes up about 15% of powers.

- Mutation: Any power that alters the users biology on any way is classified as a mutation. They make up about 15% of powers.

- Divine & Devil King: these are the strongest Superpowers. They normaly are authorities iver enties domains. They can be either Divine or Demonic in origin. People are either born with thus power, or given it as an avatar of that god or demon This only makes up 5% of powers.

- Misc: these are powers that dont fitbintonthe abouve catagories. This applies to powers from diferent races or mediums of powers (like demons, hybrids, or spirits). many of these powers are aquired laternin life. this makes up about 10% of powers.

Organizations: There are several prominent organizations.

- Hero Agentcies: there are many of these owned by many different certified Heroes, but most of the more popular and stronger heroes work for goverment Agentcies.

- Crime "Agentcies": this is just the term used to refer to organized crimes done by powered indivisuals.

- National Bureau of Heroes (NBH): the largest Government ownd organization that imploies manybofnthde top heroes. There are rumors of corruption.

Important Location: important locations that mist people know of.

- United Heroes Acedemy (UHA). This is the greatest hero school in the world. People from all over the world go there to learn. The teachers are all Heroes, retired or active. Many gonthere, not just to be heroes, but as a way to improve their powers for whatever other feild theybgoninto and to get the Superpower permit. some of the most popular classes is the school are Heras classes such as Cosmetics, presetaion, and a few other femal exclusive classes.

Rankings: powers arnt given a rank, only the hero. And just because a hero has a high rank, doesnt mean they are the most popular. heres rank from D Rank to SS Rank. Ranks are to show how powerful they are. Most media use the ranks favoribly fornheros, using the ranks like A Rank hero, while usimg itbto makebthe villains more scary, like A rank Threat.

Laws: many laws had to be created as the number powered indivisuals grew. The main laws are: No unauthorized use of your powers on large scale outside of designated location, this means no using your powers in ways that could affect others, doing so could lead to a warning or a small fine. No using your powers to intentionally destroying propperty. This could lead to more serious consequenses. no using your powers to inconvinance others.
