He was told by Dr. Strauss that he was getting better, and that the path through change was often difficult to get through. Sam was getting frustrated again, that within three day pm he had still taken the lives of two individuals. It’s been the worst thre days of his life, and yet this is supposed to be good for him?

It didn’t help that he had been on the verge of tears while speaking with Alan, so he decided to take a drive, and a walk, and go get food. See, the main unhealthy coping mechanism that is seen by Alan is the violent impulses, but the second, just as persistent one, is the unhealthy food consumption. Takeout each day, constant eating, possibly stress eating.

Although he remains fit(to an extent...) from the work of dragging bodies and lifting Lazy-Dogs, it still doesn’t take away from that fact, a fact that bothered Mary to the point of it being one of the key reasons they had divorced.

Regardless, Sam found himself strolling down his favorite connivence store, which served the best hotdogs. While cleaning up and getting ready to leave, someone bumped into him while rushing out of the store. They had their hoodie up, and merely glanced at him before leaving.

Now he was agitated.

⇘ setting ⇙

Quarter past twelve, in an area of town where the lights are flickering on a constant and security systems are not yet installed in any area, let alone lit spaces by dingy dumpsters of or charmingly nauseating alleyways. Nearby a grimy restaurant that still managed to shove out the best hotdogs in town.

⇘ Sam ⇙

Actively and subconsciously searching for someone to give an excuse to murder, pent up and tightly wound. He isn’t thinking reasonably, extremely hostile, and is on the verge of snapping and relapsing once again
