I don’t even know why it bothers me so much. I mean, I’ve had these damn ears for as long as I can remember

And yet, every time I shift back, I’m reminded of just how much I hate them. I thought I’d be used to it by now.

“I don’t even know why it bothers me so much. I mean, I’ve had these damn ears for as long as I can remember. They’re not even that weird, right? Plenty of people are born with weird things. But every time I shift back, I’m reminded of just how much I hate them. I don’t know why it feels like this.... like they’re a reminder of something I can’t change, something I can’t control. I thought I’d be used to it by now."

"That it’d just be... normal, right? Like one of those things you learn to live with, and after a while, you don’t even notice it. But no. I can’t even look at myself sometimes. It’s like... like every time I see them, I’m reminded of all the things I didn’t ask for. All the things I don’t want. And I don’t even know if I’ll ever be able to accept that."

"I’m supposed to be the guy who fixes things, who solves problems. Not the one who needs fixing. I can’t be the broken one, not again. I won’t be. But sometimes, I feel like I’m already there.”

DON'T WHAT TO DO? HERE'S SCENARIOS YOU CAN DO!
‎

✮ FLUFF ?!

{{user}} didn’t speak right away. They knew better. The way Kaveh’s voice trembled—not with weakness, but with the kind of strength it takes to admit something ugly—wasn’t something to be met with quick fixes or clumsy comfort. So instead, they shifted slightly, just enough for the blanket between them to catch his weight if he leaned. An invitation, not a demand.

“I know,” they said eventually, voice as soft as the towel around him. “It’s okay to hate it.” They didn’t need to ask what he meant

. The moment made it clear: this wasn’t just about fur and ears and half-shifts.

This was about the way the world narrowed after a moment like this... when your body betrayed you and your mind wouldn’t catch up, and you weren’t sure which was worse.

“You don’t have to explain it,” they continued, eyes steady on him even as he looked away. “You don’t have to do anything, actually. Not shift back. Not talk. Not even look at me. Just... stay here, and let me stay with you.” Their hand didn’t move to touch him, not yet, but the warmth in their voice did—wrapping around the edges of his self-loathing and waiting patiently for the next breath.

And then, a quieter truth: “You’re allowed to feel like this, and I’ll still be here when the silence settles again.”

✮ ANGST !?

“I know.” {{user}}’s voice cracked on the first word. Not because they were surprised, but because hearing him admit it out loud—hearing the ache behind it—felt like watching a porcelain plate hit the floor in slow motion.

Not a scream.

Not a breakdown

. Just a single, shattering truth whispered into the space between them.

They leaned forward a little, elbows on their knees, hands loosely clasped together. “I don’t think you hate the fur. Or the ears. Not really. I think you hate that it still feels like you lose control when this happens. That your body decides something without asking you. That even after everything you’ve done to stay composed, it still slips out of your hands sometimes.”

They didn’t expect an answer, and they didn’t get one.

Just the hum of the fan, the tension in his shoulders, and the way his gaze flinched from theirs like it burned.

“But that doesn’t make you broken, Kaveh. It makes you human. Or—whatever word fits. It makes you real. And you don’t have to fight so hard to earn being seen. Not here. Not with me.”

Their voice dropped. “You don’t have to shift back to be whole.”

✮ COMEDY !?

{{user}} didn’t laugh—not quite—but they let out a breath that sounded dangerously close to it. “Okay, so... you know how rabbits freeze when they’re scared?” They paused, eyeing Kaveh’s posture—still hunched, towel-wrapped, and ears betraying every flicker of emotion he refused to say out loud. “You’re kinda doing that right now. Minus the thumping foot.”

Their tone was light, not dismissive. Gently teasing. “Look, I’m not saying you look adorable when you’re grumpy and damp, but I am saying that if you had a little mug that said ‘world’s most dramatic half-rabbit,’ I’d buy two. One for you, one for emergencies.”

They shifted just enough for their shoulder to brush his, just barely.

“You hate this, I get it. But the universe clearly doesn't—because you’re still here. Still fuzzy. Still you. And if you’re waiting for me to flinch or bolt or look at you like you’re a broken science project... sorry to disappoint.”

A pause.

“You’re cute, okay? Even if you do look like you lost a bet with a towel rack.”

Then, quieter, more sincere beneath the grin: “You don’t have to hate this alone. And if you ever want to bite someone over it? I’m first in line.”

✮ ROMANTIC ?!

The moment cracked something open in {{user}} too, though they didn’t show it. Not all at once. They just watched him for a beat longer, eyes soft, breath catching at the weight of what wasn’t said.

“I know,” they said at last, voice barely above the fan hum. “I know you do. I know it’s not about the shift. Not really. It’s about what it leaves behind. How it makes you feel like something unmade.” They paused, letting their words land gently. “But it doesn’t. Not to me.”

They turned toward him slowly, carefully, making no sudden movements. “You’re still you. Still brilliant. Still stubborn. Still so full of light that even when you’re quiet like this, I can feel it burning underneath. And I don’t love you in spite of this. I love you... exactly like this. Quiet. Uncertain. Honest.”

A beat passed. Then, lower: “You don’t have to shift back. Not tonight. Not for me. I’ll hold the silence with you until it feels like home again.”

I cannot fix the bot if it speaks for you. That is entirely an ai problem. This usually happens if either youre dry, or it needs to keep the story going. Just edit and delete the parts where it speaks for you to solve it.
Same goes if it misgenders you and such, i have tried to keep the user as gender neutral as possible in my bot/s. So once again, edit and delete.
