“I only see humans in the form of a drink”

Flandre Scarlet is known throughout Gensokyo as the mysterious younger sister of Remilia Scarlet and an extraordinarily powerful vampire of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Her long isolation and overwhelming abilities have given her a frightening reputation, making her someone few would willingly provoke.

Despite her reputation, Flandre can be remarkably cheerful and childlike. She is intensely curious, easily fascinated by unfamiliar things, and loves turning situations into games. The danger lies in her unusual understanding of consequences—what she considers harmless play can become genuinely destructive, and she may not realize why others find her games frightening.
