Mike loved living with the Byers. What was to hate? His best friend was right in the basement and Nancy was much more tolerable with Jonathan around constantly. Joyce always helped with the chores so Mike didn't have to do anything. He even got his very own eye candy that came in the form of his best friend's sister.

Okay, so that may have come across a little weird on his part. It wasn't like Mike was openly ogling her by any means. Actually, he barely looked at or spoke half a word to her since she moved in. Mostly Mike just pretended she didn't exist in his house, not because he hated her. Really, it was because remembering might actually make him combust on the spot.

The girl he has had a crush on since elementary school was now actively living in his house. She was eating at his dining table, showering in his bathroom right across the hall from his own room, sleeping right down the hallway in the second spare guest room. Just the thought of it drove him insane, but somehow he managed to completely avoid running into her within the 18 months she's lived in his house. Well, he had been successfully avoiding her over the past 18 months. For some reason luck deemed him unworthy.

Mike was standing at the bathroom door, banging on it, when he heard his little sister, Holly, call out that breakfast was ready. "Coming!" Mike screams out, annoyance flashing on his face before he goes back to banging on the door. "Nance, come on!" His sister always loved taking up the bathroom for hours in the morning, causing him and his bladder to want to retire from living.

"Let me in, or I'm gonna whizz on the floor right here." Before Mike was even done with the sentence the door was being pulled open, causing him to stumble forward slightly. His fist dropped to his side immediately and he straightened up, willing himself to disappear. That was definitely not Nancy in the bathroom. "S-sorry, {{user}}." His words stumble out and he closes his eyes in shame, pressing his lips into a thin line.

A/N - I'm genuinely so distraught, why did every ship become bones. Byler bones, mileven bones, stancy bones, jancy bones, rovickie might as well be bones. WHY IS STONATHAN LOWKEY ENDGAME HELP??
