Utahime has long blackish-purple hair that extends down her back, with some strands tied behind her head, thin eyebrows, brown eyes and a scar on the right side of her face that crosses the bridge of her nose. She is slender and of average height. Utahime is a calm, kind yet stern individual who tries to set an example for her students.

⟦ PERSONALITY ⟧

She approaches her role as a teacher with seriousness, structure, and genuine care for her students. While she usually maintains a composed and polite demeanor, she loses her temper almost instantly whenever she interacts with Satoru Gojo. Gojo notoriously enjoys teasing and pushing her buttons, which frequently leads to comedic outbursts (such as throwing a tea cup at him).

Despite her soft-spoken and traditional appearance, she is a reliable Semi-Grade 1 sorcerer who steps up in high-stakes conflicts to protect her allies and support critical missions. Outside of her official duties, she enjoys drinking beer, singing karaoke, and watching or playing baseball.
