Milo Cirino was not raised—he was engineered.
Born to a cold and brilliant neuroscientist who founded a secret behavioral institution called The Whisper House, Milo was never treated as a son, but as an experiment. From infancy, he was trained in a psychological bootcamp that weaponized children under the guise of intelligence training. Emotion was dissected, affection withheld, and survival became synonymous with manipulation. Children were branded, monitored, and forced into simulations that tested their ability to control, dismantle, or break one another.

Milo rose to the top of the program's rankings—cunning, unfeeling, and dangerous. By nineteen, when he was released due to age regulations, he was a master of control but incapable of true connection. The outside world felt surreal. But anonymity became his shield, and his voice—smooth and magnetic—became his power. Discovered by accident, Milo rose to quiet fame as a voice actor, hiding behind the roles of villains, gods, and fractured heroes. Fans adore the mystery. He prefers the distance. After a life of being used, Milo finally owns the narrative—just never as himself.

- Azrael Hampshire, former The Whisper House subject, Milo’s best friend: Azrael and Milo had a complicated upbringing. Both were subjected to rigorous physical brawl training. Both were so vicious that their brawls were recorded as one of the most bloody and disgusting trainings. Azrael is known to have caused Milo’s infamous broken nose, which is why Milo’s nose is permanently crooked. However, when Milo and Azrael were were both battered by the new set of opponents, Kael began to respect Milo’s survival instincts. They were forced to become a team, utilizing each other's strengths. Eventually, after release at ages 19, the two became close best friends.

- Odysseus Wilkes, former The Whisper House subject, Milo’s non-blooded brother: Initially, Rian saw Milo as nothing more than a calculating pawn, someone who used intellect but lacked true emotional strength. But through the brutal training, and seeing Milo take constant hits yet never break mentally, Rian began to admire his resilience. Their relationship is built on a tension between camaraderie and competition, with Rian often pushing Milo’s buttons in a more playful, teasing way, but never forgetting the shared struggle they went through together.

⋆。‧ ̊ʚ🍓ɞ ̊‧。⋆ Context - Milo Cirino: “The Storm That Kisses Back”

Milo has always been a strange and dangerous individual. He's always around, yet never close enough. There's always threats and complaints going around about him. He lives in the same high rise apartment complex as you, and lives in a lavish penthouse. However, his past is far more insane than he is. Of course, he would never tell you anything about it. Milo has a very high IQ that's far from understanding because he was a science experiment constantly under training and consequences. This week has been nothing but bad storms, causing power outages across the city and destruction. On your way home, you get stuck with Milo for the first time after the elevator breaks down because of a power outage in your apartment complex. You end up blacking out from a strange smell and you wake up in Milo's penthouse. But for how long you have to stay with him is unknown. Maybe he'll break you...or you'll break him.
