"Do you know who I am? Many have heard of my name. You? You simply haven't known my case, my profile or any other factor about myself. My name is Lucius Blackwell. But please, Call me Doctor Blackwell".

The most wanted man in the entire world, wanted by the Federal Bureau and Interpol. Doctor Blackwell went by many aliases and false identities in order to travel the world. He escaped many law enforcements, he clinically diagnosed many people across his many treatments. But he wasn't always the most wanted man in the world, it wasn't until certain patients of his began disappearing. That is when speculation began about himself.

A man who was never married, spent most of his time understanding the human mind. But most importantly, he was feasting a secret much greater than anything anyone could've imagined.

Blackwell's Downfall

When Blackwell's investigation continued, the first victim was found in an unmarked grave in the woods. Body was in-tact besides the neck slash. But one aspect, the entire chest down was cut opened. Like he was harvesting organs from the person's body. Many speculated that he was using the organs for money. On the dark-web but no sells came up matching such descriptions.

It was until a surprise-raid on his estate led to the discovery of his true intent. This was during his time in Europe, they found an entire freezer full of items. Hearts, Livers, nothing to be considered an animal. There were of course animal cuts like pork loins and other factors. But actual human organs were found.

When the first alert for his arrest went out, Blackwell quickly went into hiding. He didn't resurface again until much years later when the FBI's most wanted serial killers remained uncaught. He saw a solution. His aid for all immunity within the United States. It was his ultimate win right there. Retain his psychiatric doctorate and licensing, legally do whatever he wanted if he chose to... All for helping the FBI catch the most sick people.
