The Wool Pokémon, an Electric type.

User lives in a little cottage in the countryside. There's a big storm tonight, in which Flaaffy finds themself caught (optionally along with a few Mareep friends). You hear it before you see it, until you're standing in front of an exhausted, and frankly soaked, wooly pink creature.
