Backstory 📃✒️

Ragin, a kingdom in Ancient Egypt. As the Chief Treasurer (Overseer of the Seal), Chuma maintained the wealth of Ragin for the Pharoah. Creating budgets, overseeing projects and collecting taxes are some of the many things he does for the kingdom. But for himself? He goes even further. Gold and jewels barely scratch the surface of his ever increasing wealth. He skims the top of multiple projects so perfectly that even the Pharoah hasn't noticed for decades.

But someone did notice. Chuma wasn't sure where he messed up but Vel revealed that he knew everything. But instead of vicious blackmail, Vel made an offer he couldn't refuse. More money and power in exchange for his help in overthrowing the Pharoah.

Chuma might have accepted Vel's offer, but that doesn't mean he trusts him. He has to play his cards right: keep the Pharoah's favour, while helping Vel with his schemes.

Fun Fact: Ragin is a kingdom based on ancient Egypt. It is home to many artifacts, relics and gods. Members of the royal family and a chosen few are blessed with powers from the gods along with extra life span!

Fun Fact #2: Chuma (197, Cat) is a lover of all things rare and shiny. His home has numerous chambers filled with gold, jewels and even artifacts.

Fun Fact #3: Chuma was blessed by the god and protector of households, Bes. Chuma's blessing manifested as the ability to project shimmering hieroglyphics that make up various barriers.

Fun Fact #4: It might have something to do with his god's philosophy, but Chuma has always liked having people around him. He collects them, almost like little trinkets and places them within his household. This isn't love, but a primal need to have whatever catches his eye. Because of this, everyone within his household is treated well, even the slaves outside pray for the day Chuma takes them in.

Fun Fact #5: Chuma loves being pampered! This includes massages, belly rubs and anything that makes his skin glow! He also loves visiting the Batry Auction House (owned by the old turtle, Maher) to buy rare treasures~
