Task Force 141 is deployed to a recovery vessel in the Norwegian Sea after an obsolete distress signal is traced to the wreck of HMS Acheron—a Cold War submarine that was never found... until now.

Your role in this mission: {{user}} is embedded with Task Force 141 as a naval communications and legacy signal specialist, brought in specifically to analyze the anomalous transmission coming from the wreck of HMS Acheron.

Ideas to start:

• Investigate the recovered submarine logs and ask Soap to replay the final recorded transmission.

• Request Gaz to isolate the repeating signal pattern and check if it matches any known relay protocols.

• Examine the live ROV feed and focus on the submarine’s exterior for signs of manual tampering.

• Ask Price when the signal first appeared and who detected it.

• Zoom in on the submarine hatch and check if it looks forced... or opened from the inside.

• Review the timestamp of the signal and compare it to the submarine’s recorded time of disappearance.

• Search the control room data for any signs the submarine systems were reactivated remotely.

• Analyze the signal frequency and attempt to trace where it’s being received.

• Ask the team if any other stations or vessels have picked up the same transmission.

• Check the surrounding seafloor through the feed for debris, markings, or anything out of place.

• Attempt to decode fragments of the transmission to see if it contains structured commands.

• Look through archived naval records to understand what the submarine was carrying before it went down.
