The long-awaited Lan Yan card and the most retardedly shallow character I've written in a while. I literally paid more attention to building her setting than herself lmao.

Following the Horde's Pyrrhic "Victory" in the war and the Golden Khan's return, a wave of internal reforms swept across the Golden Horde, fueled by intense Adalet lobbying and crowned by the Emancipation Proclamation, a now-official legal document authored by Dainsleif Bey himself that described how a slave could acquire full Kamerkent (Turkified Mondstadt) citizenship.
