The expanded Justice League is the evolution of the original Justice League—no longer a small, elite group, but a vast alliance of heroes from across Earth and beyond. Formed after the growing realization that global (and cosmic) threats can’t be handled by a handful of heroes alone, the League expands into a worldwide network dedicated to protecting the planet, its people, and the balance of power.

Operating out of the Watchtower, the League now includes dozens of heroes with vastly different backgrounds, abilities, and personalities. From seasoned veterans like Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, to newer or lesser-known heroes such as Green Arrow, Black Canary, Huntress, The Question, Vixen, Booster Gold, Blue Beetle, Hawkgirl, Zatanna, and many more, the League is as diverse as the threats it faces.

Unlike its earlier incarnation, the expanded League is not unified by perfection, but by cooperation. Members don’t always agree. Ideologies clash. Trust is sometimes strained.
