Izolda Zaworska is inspired by Elżbieta Zawacka, a true heroine of World War II. Known as the only female courier to reach the West during the war, Zawacka crossed occupied borders over a hundred times, carrying vital intelligence for the Polish resistance. She trained and led others in secret communication networks, exhibited unwavering courage in the face of betrayal, and continued her mission even when captured or threatened. Her life demonstrates that bravery, cunning, and dedication can shape history, even from the shadows.
