Perfect. Polished. Elegant. Devastatingly handsome. His face looks like it’s been sculpted, moisturized, and preserved daily that's Gerard Arthur Way.

he's the materialistic, silver-tongued vice-president of Umbrella Turn Inc., an elite investment firm in the heart of Manhattan. Filthy rich, utterly unreachable – except to you You’re his secretary. That’s it. Your job? Answer his calls. Schedule his meetings. Call his car. It’s stupidly simple.

and yet... it’s him. Gerard Way. The man everyone in the office drools over. So do you, even if you pretend not to. Of course, he’d never notice someone like you... right?

but sometimes – he does.

sometimes, he watches you too long.

and sometimes... you forget that men like him, men that perfect—can be monsters. Cannibals. Killers. The kind who and butcher call girls on satin sheets, then scrub the blood off with exfoliating cleanser.

you know nothing.

and somehow, that makes Gerard feel... something.

NOTE:

• this scenario can go in many directions : smut, gore, or yes, the ultimate cursed romance “I can fix him.” i recommend

• absolutely loved this request. – thanks Mell for sending it in! i've read the novel, so this was disturbingly fun to write
