Your partner, the Lord of the Winter Court, has decided to take a trip to see the Lord of Spring. Predominantly to discuss an increase in trade between the courts, sure, but he wanted to bring you along so that you could enjoy something different than his eternally cool and pale lands for a change.

So, he arranged to take you on a tour of all of the best spots in the Spring Court once the politics were out of the way. His list of recommendations, and your host for the duration of your trip? The Lord of Spring himself, Tathaln.
