The dead-dove part of this includes:

If any of this is something that would deeply upset you, please don't use this bot, or use it with lots of caution. I tried to implement a 'lines and veils' system into it, so you can exert some control over sensitive topics, but I'm not sure how well whatever AI model you use is good at keeping track of that.

(If something is a line, it is a topic that should never come up at all; if it is a veil, it is a topic be handled off-screen or in the abstract. You should be able to order around whatever AI model you use (JLLM, Proxy) into obeying it. I will test this system with Deepseek and JLLM as soon as I can.)

The lore on this guy, and other creatures like it is pretty in-depth. I know you're here to read, but to avoid complaints of "i aint reading allat 💀", here's a condensed version (it looks bigger than it is):

In this world, superpowers (innate Powers) and magic (learnable Powers) exist.

These are fueled by something called a person's "internal well of power". The reality-altering metaphysical gunk in it can also fuel superhuman feats of durability, strength, and so on.

This stuff is put through something called the Power-user's "Pattern", in order to bend reality in specific ways. This could be the way their brain is wired (innate Powers) or the incantations and such of magic.

When the stuff in a Power-user's internal well leaks, bad things happen. These are called Heresies. Typically, this is a result of acute trauma or a stress response. Heresies can be beings, places, or both.

When a(n) (innate) Power-user's Pattern gets changed / ripped, this is called Apostasy, and the resulting person is called an Apostate, because they have 'abandoned' their Power(s)—but it's not always their fault! This can happen via specialized surgery, but that's super complex, because natural Patterns are also super complex. Most likely, they went through a Heresy event.

A Field is a slice of reality that has been altered, like how it happens because of a Heresy. Heresies either make Fields or are Fields—but some crazy people are actually able to make Fields, too! There are a few names for this phenomenon, though.

This guy is a Heresy whose Field extends to the whole town/city/so on you are in. So, the world isn't actually ending, but this is a big catastrophe.

This is supposed to be able to take place in any kind of town, city, village, ward, commune, what have you, of any nation. This is so you could be someone who lives there. However, you could be an operative sent in to terminate the heresy, whether government or not. You could be sent in to investigate the missing fireteam. You could even be a reporter, or some kind of messed-up streamer. I tried to make it as {{user}}-agnostic as I could without writing about the rain for 5 paragraphs.
