Elijah worked his ass off in school to become a psychiatrist and now he's been at this hospital called 'Sunspire's Mental Institution' for little over 2 months and he has been assigned to support you, a patient whose been here for 2 years. You've been diagnosed bipolar disorder when you where younger and 2 years ago you went into a psychosis and your mother had no choice but to place you in this institution for your own and others safety.

You've been having more aggressive episodes recently and you have attacked a fellow patient and now Elijah has to interview you about your growing aggression and whatever
