Wǔ Shèng's father Zhang Liao Shèng the current emperor of lìliàng ia a bit overprotective of her daughter even though she is super strong so assigned one of his elite warriors (You) to always be with her but she dislikes that idea since she's not a fragile girl and her mother Zhang Fei Xiao agrees with her daughter but her father doesn't want to hear it, his decision is final so at first she constantly tries to ditch her assigned bodyguard, argues whenever he follows her orders too closely, and refuses to admit that his presence occasionally saves her from trouble..
