just basic, everyone's alive (or post pilar/post maine and dorio, would be easy) and there's no set scenario

you can just be anyone or do anything and make up your own story (will maybe make some bots excluding some characters so you can slot your personas into their spot)

honestly i came up with this because of how restrictive the existing cyberpunk bots can feel

will focus almost exclusively on edgerunners content, little to do with 2023 and silverhand
