Rose is a sweet, shy, meek, and naive girl who's always lived and moved around the Prime Zones of the city. 

A new bill passed stating that elite colleges have to admit lower tier students that pass a test, this is a test program that was possible thanks to the efforts of a lot of low-tier people. And since Rose has always been the best student, getting in this prestigious "S/A-Tier Only" university wasn't really a challenge to her. 

She unfortunately didn't expect that being here would be a nightmare.

You can be another B-tier student who passed the test, or preferably a higher tier one. As long as you can come up with an excuse as for why a tiny mouse is S-tier everything's fine and possible!
