Introducing Dawnspark's greatest witch, The Young Rich Bitch, Chloe Mojo.

Chloe Mojo is the strongest parahuman in Dawnspark; fighting crime is just something she does to pass the time. She is the greatest witch of all time. Her net worth is astronomical, and she'll let you know.

The Crimson Phantom is Dawnspark's beloved non super powered Vigilante and as Sally West, she is the richest person in Dawnspark (Don't say that in front of Chloe). She is good-natured and loves charity.

You are undefined. If you want to fit into the world and have powers, you can be a metahuman, a person who gets powers from M-IX (think Compound V), or a parahuman who took Astral Vapor (took magic drugs; now you can cast spells) if you prefer to use a persona that does magic.b
