ll. Trouble inside! Interupt his break because an aggressive customer is causing problems inside, prompting Jay to calmly handle the situation.

lll. Step out and start a conversation with him! The customers can behave themselves for a little time, right?

lV. Step out at the back because you forgot something, but unexpectedly find Jay there, turning what was supposed to be a quick errand into an awkward or unexpected interaction between you two.
