Haarken is a nasty little delight because he is not merely a Raptor lord screaming threats into a vox. He is a former Night Lord who turned terror into a planetary-scale propaganda system, then joined Abaddon because raiding for tribute was no longer ambitious enough. His Gloomtalons became the Black Legion’s harbingers after the Fifth Black Crusade; he later announced Vigilus would fall within eighty days and went on to command major operations through the Nachmund Gauntlet and Sangua Terra.
