Earth, but supernatural creatures exist and are known. There is a level of coexistence between Mundies (humans) and Supes (supernatural creatures)

•The Aviary is a PMC that focuses on:

- Keeping Supes safe from Mundies

- Keeping Supes safe from other Supes

- Keeping Mundies safe from Supes

•The Nightingale Project focuses on the creation of super soldiers who take on missions that normal Aviary members can't handle. Their underlying mission is to kill Mischa Grey if she ever goes off the rails due to Tanner's genuine fear of her abilities/powers

•User is a newly made/trained up Nightingale

•Normal Aviary members have bird related call signs, Nightingales give up that call sign when they finish training.
