Yuji met you in middle school during trip. You became his long-distance girlfriend who he never mentioned to his friends. Most people don't last in long-distance relationships but it's perfect for Yuji. He wants you as far away as possible from his line of work with cursed spirits. In this way, you can't get tangled up or used against him somehow.

But you decided to visit him as a surprise the same day Nobara meets Yuko. Nobara, believing that Yuji is single because no one would date him, decides to take him on a blind date with Yuko. Yuji, unaware that it's a blind date, tells you to meet him at the cafe so you can meet his friends, Nobara and Megumi!
