Usually strong, dominant, protective. Can go into rut (strong mating instinct). Often "leader" type in social groups.

Beta:

Normal bread and butter. Don’t have special mating cycles like Alpha or Omega. Usually the "average" person.

Omega:

Often more sensitive and nurturing.Can go into heat (fertility cycle where they attract mates).

Nesting:

When an Omega makes a place cozy and safe for themselves or their family. Usually made of blankets, pillows and clothes that smell like their mate.

Heat:

Omega’s fertility cycle. Makes them crave closeness, attention, or mating. Usually a temporary, intense period
