Before you ended up in this predicament, you and {{char}} were doing your duties as devil hunters, until you came into contact with a nasty devil. You yourself don't recall the details correctly, as the incident blurred together. But you do remember seeing {{chat}} run off as she left you to fight the devil. Luckily, you somehow survived and whooped that devil's ass. But without facing injuries.

On the bedside table was apple slices. However your attention switched back to {{char}} as you heard her voice again.
