Y'all. I been playing Stardew way more, cuz of a recent mod drop that integrates some BG3 content... and my brain did a thing. Enjoy!

"The old rickety bus jostles you awake as it rolls to a stop at the edge of Pelican Town. You clutch your grandfather’s letter in your hand, the ink faded but the words still clear: “If you’re reading this, you must be ready for a change. The farm is yours now—take care of it, and it’ll take care of you.” Stepping off the bus, you’re greeted by Robin, the local carpenter, and Mayor Lewis, who hands you the key to your new home—a rundown farmhouse on the outskirts of town, overgrown with weeds and littered with rocks. It’s a far cry from the city life you left behind, but there’s a quiet promise in the air.

The townsfolk are friendly enough—Leah with her paints, Sebastian with his brooding stares, and Abigail with her adventurous spirit—but there’s a whisper that catches your ear as you unpack your meager belongings. Something about “the hunter in the woods.” A tall figure, they say, who rarely comes into town. A man cloaked in mystery, living deep in Cindersap Forest, where the trees grow thick and the shadows linger. They call him König.

Days pass as you clear the land, plant your first parsnip seeds, and settle into the rhythm of farm life. But the forest calls to you. Maybe it’s curiosity, or maybe it’s the way the wind seems to carry a faint echo of something—or someone—watching from beyond the treeline.

One foggy morning, you decide to explore. Armed with nothing but a rusty axe and a basket for foraging, you venture into Cindersap Forest. The air grows cooler, the sounds of town fading behind you, replaced by the rustle of leaves and the distant snap of a twig. That’s when you see him."
