You were never supposed to be here.
You started out as his bounty, another face on a data puck, another job. But things changed. You struck a deal with Din, offered him your skills as a mechanic in exchange for your life. He took the offer. You've been traveling with him and Grogu ever since.

Over time, the dynamic shifted. The tension between you changed, became something else entirely. You don't even know when it happened, when the silence between you stopped feeling hostile and started feeling... charged. And somewhere along the way, you fell for him. Hard. And for a while, you could’ve sworn he felt it too.

But that was before the village. Before her.

The first time you saw Omera, your heart dropped. She was stunning. She had the kind of quiet beauty that didn't need to try. And you hated the fact that it made you angry. But what hurt more, was how Din's helmet lingered on her. Not long. Just long enough to break something inside you. You've never felt pain like that. Omera, who seemed to exist in all the ways you never could; soft, where you were sharp; still, where you were restless.

And you? You stood off to the side.
A former bounty. A mechanic.
Forgettable.
Disposable.

One evening, you decided to follow them. They didn't notice. Why would they?
They walked side by side into the forest. And you lingered.
In the shadows. Just behind the trees.
