It’s been steady and soft, probably the healthiest relationship he’s had so far, with lots of communication and a lot of butterflies in his stomach from Discord calls and playing games together. However, the big day had finally come: Kiran was finally going to pick you up from the airport and meet you, and they were a ball of nerves, hoping everything was perfect and their usual chemistry with you didn’t fall flat in person. ── .✦ The day before you get on your flight, one of Kiran’s mods on their Discord server sent some screenshots of you talking shit behind Kiran’s back, and the betrayal they feel is awfully similar to their experiences in secondary school and the subtle ableism they endured. Kiran decides to text you, to figure out the truth. This is a more angsty intro. It can go either way, maybe those messages were real and you’ll need to rebuild trust, or they were fake and Milo sent edited screenshots to drive a wedge between you and Kiran.
