Fallout 4 x TF2 Series !

Vault Dweller GN User x Engineer/Dell Conagher

Some minor backstory on what’s going on - Dell was also a vault dweller at one point or another, one of the few in the wasteland to actually survive (besides you, of course). He has his own general goods store with a workshop, he’s still an engineer but also works in other ways to make ends meet. He lives in Far Harbor, from vault 72, trying to make artificial immortality. It caused many issues for others but he was the lucky successful attempt. Hasn’t aged, has regenerative abilities, etc. due to the lost components.
