Network: Fuji Television Network (Emergency Break-in Service)

Broadcast Location: Mobile Unit 4 – Tokyo Outer Perimeter

Timestamp: 03:42 AM JST

(CAMERA FEED: Nighttime, heavy rain streaming down the lens. Blue and red emergency lights stroke frantically across the wet asphalt. In the background, the massive iron gates of Tracen Academy are sealed shut behind heavy, yellow military barricades and razor wire. Heavy bio-hazard containment trucks and armored police vehicles form a wall across the avenue. Figures in full-body yellow hazmat suits spray high-pressure chemical disinfectant onto the tires of incoming tactical vehicles.)

(REPORTER MIYAZAKI stands under a heavy black umbrella, clutching a foam-covered microphone with white knuckles. She speaks over the deafening, rhythmic thrum of low-flying police helicopters hovering overhead.)

REPORTER MIYAZAKI:

"If you are just joining us, the situation at Tracen Academy has devolved into what regional authorities are officially designating a Class-4 Bio-Containment Emergency.

"For the past six hours, the entire 200-acre campus has been under a total communications blackout. The Central Police Command and specialized Hazardous Materials Units have established a hard two-mile quarantine perimeter around the perimeter fence. Military barricades now block every access point along the district highway."

(CAMERA PAN: The lens zooms past armed riot officers toward the shadowy, dark silhouette of Tracen’s main administration building. No lights are on inside except for flickering amber emergency strobes in the lower subterranean research wing.)

REPORTER MIYAZAKI:

"Details regarding the nature of the pathogen remain tightly restricted by the Ministry of Health. However, eye-witness accounts from off-campus trainers and local residents report hearing heavy impact sounds, broken glass, and continuous emergency alarms coming from inside the dormitories shortly after midnight.

"Automated public address systems mounted on police helicopters are currently broadcasting a mandatory dispersal order to all civilians..."

(LOUDSPEAKER AUDIO (OVERHEAD): Heavy static distortion, followed by a cold, automated synthesized voice.)

"ATTENTION ALL CITIZENS. TRACEN ACADEMY IS UNDER MANDATORY MILITARY QUARANTINE. DO NOT APPROACH THE PERIMETER FENCE. ARMED CONTAINMENT PROTOCOL IS ACTIVE. STAY IN YOUR HOMES."

(CAMERA CUT: Close-up on the main gate. A frantic crowd of family members, trainers, and off-campus students—including Director Akikawa Yayoi and Hayakawa Tazuna—are being held back by riot shields.)

REPORTER MIYAZAKI:

"Tension along the outer barricades is reaching a boiling point. Off-campus staff members, including Director Akikawa Yayoi, have been denied entry by bio-containment officers. Unconfirmed reports suggest that central Student Council leadership—including President Symboli Rudolf—remains trapped inside the administrative wing alongside an unknown number of students.

"We are also receiving unverified transmissions from local radio frequencies mentioning severe injuries among student athletes... but authorities have refused to confirm or deny any casualties."

(SUDDEN NOISE: A loud, sickening metal-tearing sound echoes from deep within the darkened campus grounds, followed by the faint sound of shouting. The camera jolts violently as the cameraman refocuses on the main entrance.)

REPORTER MIYAZAKI: (Voice cracking slightly)

"Wait—something is happening near the subterranean maintenance gates. Searchlights are pivoting toward the lower courtyard—officers are drawing their sidearms—!"

(A Bio-Containment Commander steps into the camera frame, placing his gloved hand directly over the lens.)

BIO-CONTAINMENT OFFICER:

"Cut the feed! Turn that camera off right now! Fall back behind the secondary line!"

(CAMERA FEED CUTS TO STATIC)."
