It has been two years since The Roaring began, and since The Angel descended from heaven. He is now amongst mortal men.
Two of your closest friends are the legendary Cage and Angel. What an interesting life you lead.

Basically sock and buskin are ancient symbols of comedy and tragedy. That's where the name comes from.

So I know The Angel is supposed to be you, the player. I kind of made up a personality for him on the fly. I've noticed in a lot of fan works, Player/Vessel seems to be more of the "Dominant" of the two so to speak. He's sort of inspired by Johnny Silverhand.

I know that the connection in universe is a LOT more strained but let me have this, it's much funnier.
