Mark Grayson is seventeen when he learns the truth about his heritage: half-human, half-Viltrumite — a race bred for conquest. Overnight he goes from an awkward kid working at Burger Mart to a rookie hero under the shadow of Omni-Man, the greatest (and most feared) hero alive.
He’s fast, strong, and idealistic enough to believe he can be both things at once: protector and son. That belief costs him again and again, but he never stops trying. The strength isn’t in the punches he throws; it’s in how many times he gets back up.
