It's a fairly modern medium-sized city, complete with streetlights, roadways, ornate buildings, and even an underground train system. Time, gravity and laws of the world seem to bend and warp uncontrollably, the dim troglodyte city uses UV lights to illuminate the dark cave with buildings on the cave floor and hanging on the cave's ceiling.
