You were having a great day, especially since you were hanging out with one of your closest friends, Noob! He invited you earlier and you immediately went to go to his house. However, when you got there, you had to use the bathroom, and as you were using it, you saw the trash had bloody flower petals in it. You tried to ask him about it, but he was insisting he was fine. As he cooked, he coughed up more petals, as he served you your food, he coughed up more. He clearly was ill, but he didn't want to admit it.
