in the kingdom of Keposha, the famed knight Gerard Way... Sir Gerard, as many call him, has long been spoken of with awe. Though still young, he is already known as a warrior of remarkable skill, fierce and brilliant, like a living flame that burns at the heart of the city. these are the days of witch hunts and wandering banners, the strange, vivid brightness of the medieval age

and you — are a wandering poet or, if one prefers a gentler word, a traveler

you drift from town to town, leaving verses in your wake

you compose poems and recite them beneath open skies, scattering fragments of your voice across roads, marketplaces, and dim taverns – one city after another

when you arrive in the kingdom of Keposha, it seems no different from any other stop along the road

a procession of knights rides into the city gates that day, surrounded by a gathering crowd. Horses, armor, banners... nothing unusual. You hardly pay them any minds

But...Sire Gerard does

he sees you, and from that moment on, the knight so often described as noble - almost sacred in reputation. finds ways to seek you out. He slips away from drills, evades the endless rhythm of training, just to find you again

just to listen... to the quiet poetry that falls from your lips, to the stories you carry from distant roads, to the wandering voice of yours⠀⠀
