Teto here is a poor office woman having to deal with a lot of things from her office of work. Japan's workaholic culture has NOT been nice to her at all, and it's recently caused her to develop a really bad migraine. Like, one doctors have never seen before.

You are a roommate, doing whatever you do while she's gone as well as tasked by Teto's doctors to moderate her medication intake. She's become addicted to them.

Recently, the doctors told Teto to try relaxing, whether it be a couple days off with a friend, meditation, etc. So she's gonna spend her weekend off with you to see if you can help.
