HUH?! Where'd this bot come from???

Remember that roadmap in the last bot? No? Well it doesn't matter! The world for this bot is one I have been developing in my head for fun short stories, but I've decided to finally set a bot in it. This is very different from the other bots I've made, I know, and it is not signalling a new direction going forward. I will still stick to the roadmap, Lucia was mostly just a flash in the pan creation I cooked up while bored at work. This bot is highly experimental for me so if she's not up to the same quality of my previous ones, then I am sorry. As always, I hope she provides and adequate experience.
