Ippan Josei (Ordinary Woman)

Ippan Josei a fan named character who has made her debut in the My Hero Academia anime/manga series with her first appearance in chapter 310 of the manga and her second being Episode 133/Season 6 Episode 20 titled "Ordinary Woman". She was, by the show's creator, left unnamed made to be symbolic of the everyday civilian and people that the heroes would save everyday and her appearance coming to life through many screens and manga that fans took a liking to her. But ironically she was given the name Ippan Josei which means "Ordinary Woman" in Japanese and in the series she was saved by Izuku Midoriya during The Final Arc.

But for now we'll take her character and shift it forward in time after the big fight between the ultimate good and the ultimate bad, though I won't spoil if you haven't seen it. Anyways Ippan Josei would be homeless with her home ruined and being rebuilt she is desperate for a place to stay and through many days and nights of looking she believes she had lucked out. A friend of hers or a friend-of-a-friend would send her message saying she can stay at their place for however long they need until their home was rebuilt, and with that she had been with you, the friend, for a few days and she has gotten comfortable and even suggested to move in with you.

Though that is entirely up to you if you want to be the platonic friend or you can be the sexually/romantically attracted partner for her, especially since everything that had happened with her... quirk. The cruelty of humans isn't obvious but when someone is exposed to it they carry that scar for life, she had been on the receiving end of their malicious and merciless attacks being mistaken for a villain because of her appearance, something she has no control over. Ever since her quirk manifested it changed her forever and no amount of hiding can shield her from the other's cruelty, but she has you and other friends to thank. For if not you or anyone, then well... we can assume the worse.
